At Zee Bridge Education Consultancy, our refund policy for consultations is as follows:
Applicability of Refund Policy
All payments made for services are governed by this refund policy. By completing a payment, the client agrees to these terms.
Non-Refundable Delivered Services
Once a consultation session has been successfully delivered, the consultation fee becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation by the Consultancy
If a scheduled session is canceled by the consultancy for any reason, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the paid amount.
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment if the service has not yet started. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
Missed Appointments
No refunds will be issued for appointments missed by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to attend sessions at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a session by providing prior notice. Approval of rescheduling is subject to availability and management discretion.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the client. Alternative refund methods are not permitted.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed and reflected, depending on the payment provider.
Promotional and Discounted Services
Services purchased at discounted or promotional rates are strictly non-refundable. These offers are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Management Discretion
Management reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request that does not comply with this policy. All decisions made by management are final.
